Ear tubes revisited.

Report on the radio yesterday that, according to a finding published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, middle ear infections in children are from genetic causes. While it's been common knowledge that certain environmental conditions contribute to ear infections, the latest research may explain why some children get a lot of ear infections and others in similar environments get none.
