As for Rambus, I think it is oversold here, nothing SO negative to justify the sell off in the last few weeks. I would say 80-90 is maybe a proper price given it's long-term potential.
We've gone from 50% RDRAM market share at end of 00 as of June estimates to 10-20% RDRAM market share as of December estimates for 00 and a selloff from 117 to 66 is not justified.

Samsung Elec to double Rambus DRAM output by Feb
SEOUL, Dec 10 (Reuters) - The world's largest memory chip maker, Samsung Electronics Co of South Korea, said on Friday it was gradually increasing production of Rambus dynamic random access memory (DRAM) chips to meet rising demand.

A company spokesman said its monthly output of the chips, which use a high-speed memory technology format developed by Rambus Inc (NasdaqNM:RMBS - news), would grow to two million units by February from around one million at present
