WEBT,

WEBT, I got in pretty early so it turned out good, but not so fortunate with CMGI.. I entered where I thought would be a good entry to prepare for Wednesday's earnings, but I had to get out when the 'stop' I set for myself triggered. Then I came home later and saw CMGI up over 8 points so I'm back where I started with a loss on the options! You really can't know, but I try to stay with the 'quality' stocks and nets. The others I'm usually out by the 11:30 lunch break.

Covered all shorts even BOBJ which was doing well, I never hold a short position now overnight unless I pick it up near the close. SIFY was all over the place today and ITWO, I just watched that one and paper traded it, but just before I left at about 2:00 I noted it was consolidating. When I came home ITWO went up from 150 to 165, same pattern as a lot of the others. Actually we all can learn a lot from this volatility. The stop loss on options I will lower to account for volatility. You have to be ready to risk 50% of your gain sometimes to capture the ultimate gain when you are in a 'good' stock or option. I didn't do that with CMGI.
