depends on who the made the call...I've made so much money following $Mogul and Kim's picks that I should probably send some cases of our nice Florida vine ripes their way. I find that if I put a little thought into it and some quick DD, that I am able to profit on many of the picks even if I am 1/2 hour to a day late. Obvious care must be taken if one is a day late. But I can remember picks like JNIC and JCDA that I was more than a day late to and still did very well. Even did well on VONE while I was 1/2 day late. I run a business, as do many others on this thread I am sure, and I need to balance making a living and making a retirement come sooner. Clearly there is a lot of noise to filtered out of this thread. But NOTHING compared to other SI (not to even mention YAHOO) threads. I find that this thread has a pretty effective self-policing modus operandi. Stocks tips are always CAVEAT EMPTOR---that is probably the oldest equities truism that there is...but I cannot argue with the awesome results that I have had on over 40 different issues. I have had about 10 losers, and a couple of those were stupidly overanxious moves on my part or premature #$%'ions on my part. I encourage anyone who is a skeptic to lurk and paper trade some of the positions posted by the many credible members of this thread...hell, paper trade with some of the kooks as well. I think that after a month or so, you will find a pattern that you can live with and prosper. Thanks to all who have made my belly fat.
