Susie, congratulations on finally hearing from Paul Henry. A little anti-climatic, was it? Considering the question of what would happen under the worst scenario, i.e. what if the company went belly up--would the customers holding the cards have anything? I have played with the idea that somebody like CDNow would want to step up, make those people a deal, and do business with them. After all, CDNow probably has paid a great deal more for their current customers. However, I don't know that there are any plans like that in place. Another problem is how does the company go about saying something like, "If we go bankrupt, your MusicCard is good at CDNow." Regardless of that issue, it should be apparent to us all that the threat of bankruptcy is holding back sales. If and when that threat can be eliminated, that will take a huge damper off sales. Regards, Suzanne P.S. Thanks for posting your response from Paul Henry.
