Hello Mike, I think you are correct that it still remains in effect a Gorilla game. Even though Visix didn't develop the excimer, they hold THE major use patents. The Nidek win on the whole doesn't eliminate Visix's royalties and it speaks volumes to me that Technolas and Lasersight apparently are NOT going to contest it and just pay them. I think Nidek has found a temporary way around Visix for the moment. I don't know how long it will last. JMHO, Perceval (Still like the sound of that)
