Bruce, that's the second item I mentioned that brought the stock down. Although the investigations are not over, I suspect there is a lot more smoke than fire. The news broke back in the spring I believe, contributing to the stocks downfall. But it was somehow repeated on the dowjones news wires this morning!...coincident with the previous day's stock price rise. Here's a little more about it: messages.yahoo.com make what you will of it, my read is nothing will come of it.
