Softechie: ps: Richard Harmon has a beef with Dr. Yak because I believe he's friend of Dr. Katz. That's IMHO. Let him miss the train. We don't need him on the train with us. Was doing a search on my name, looking for another post, and came across yours. I've never met David Katz. Only met "Yak" once, and have nothing against him. As a matter of fact, I was impressed with what he was trying to accomplish while filling a previous slot in San Diego. The opening price for Lidak on the day that you wrote your post, 9 December, was 2 11/16. The opening price on Friday was 2 11/16. The SmithKline agreement and approvable letter were major intervening milestones. That's some train you've got going. I'd avoid wild speculation in the future, whether it's your honest opinion or not.
