Thanks Leeza, I am currently wading through the most recent 10-K and proxy statements, but at first glance, this company looks like a winner. An interesting item that came my attention is that LTXX is a competitor. As a favor to a friend I did a fairly thorough-going analysis of its financial reports and discovered that it is financially very weak with massive negative free cash flows. That's in sharp contrast to SMTC. I think I will look at some of SMTC's other competitors to see what I can uncover, before jumping into SMTC. Do you foresee consolidation in this niche? TTFN, CTC
