Tickertype,

I lost my focus when responding to your message. It was too much exuberance? One or two PO's may not matter this time. I think that VLNC's credibility - shipments, performance, order backlogs, booking revenues - will need to improve and so is the cash flow - the shelf offering to raise more $ to buy more machinery and getting some $ from NDB. All these details will come out in May 2000 (Mar 10Q). If they can show between $1 to 2 Million of monthly revenue, it will be great. Probably they will show more $. That is why we can expect an explosion in the price. Remember Lev mentioned "hockey sticks"? What is their shape? Some call it a "J" curve. The current run up is nothing compared to the J curve of next year.

I'll also be tempted to quit and join you guys, you and JM! By the way, it is not all fun and party. I am also preparing to give away some of this VLNC fortune, next year, to provide nutrition and medicine to poor people affected with HIV in third world countries. My budget is $30K. If the stock goes to $40 in May 2000, I need to liquidate only about more or less 800 shares. Ram
