Byhiselo, We have already begun shorting the QQQ and other baskets . . taking a defensive posturing on tech stocks. . . .some have begun shorting Linux plays. . . today would be a good time to start short Linux positions, IMO.

This morning the S&P futures and Dow futures are up nicely, whereas the Nasdaq futures are down sharply. So going short the QQQ yesterday, when I called the top of tech stocks. . . was a good move.

The Linux craze will run its course by noon today [probably earlier], in my opinion. I sold all my CORL yesterday. . .and am only holding a touch of SFTW into today. . . but will sell the gap. . . .if I was holding other Linux plays. .. I would be selling the gap.

If I had those with lower morning volume, I'd sell the highest early morning peak. The only ones I might keep are some microcaps that were ignored prior to getting Linux news. . . as they may have increased their audience. Examples include FCM and XYBR. . . though I still intend to take some Xyberprofits on the swing position I took the minute news was released yesterday. . .while holding core position [from $1.37] long.

I see no reason to hold Linux stocks into next week. . . it would surprise me if LNUX is over $200 by EOD.

Best wishes,

Rande Is
