defendant Steven Bradford, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hitsgalore, while not named as a defendant in the action involving IBB, was fully aware of the problems Reed had with IBB because he was the Vice President, Financial and Legal, of IBB under the name of "Stephen J. Bradford." Curiously, this information about Bradford's relationship with IBB was omitted in the section concerning his employment background in the Company's filings with the SEC. wyca.com
