SANTA ANA, Calif., July 1 -- StarBase Corporation (Nasdaq: SBAS -

announced today the official launch of OpenAvenue Inc., a vertical Portal
servicing the software development industry and its community of knowledge

workplaces, collaborate and share knowledge on distributed software
