Yes, I am also a little confused as how to utilize this information to it's fullest advantage.

Myron:

The "results of today's scans" means what stocks come up after running the "scan" I try to do it early in the evening after the close of the market, but sometimes it doesn't get done at all or gets done late. In this last case I have posted the results after mid-nite or early the next morning. In those cases "today's" means after the close of the market the previous day.

The list that the scan generates is not a "buying list" or a "recommended list". It is just an starting point to look at some companies whose stock's have started to move to the up-side and seem to be out-performing the market in the nearest term.

Some of the stocks may be already "overbought" and may need some "consolidation". It is necessary to look at the individual charts as well as the fundamentals and any recent news to find out if there is any special reason for the stock's up-move before making your individual decision about it.

I am sorry if posting data from the previous day scan got you confused. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
