Ron, The guard who said he was going to become a major metropolitan police officer to "shoot niggers" was not yet working with the "scum of the earth" as you put it... MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT, from my experience, a substantial minority of those who go into law enforcement do so for less than honorable desires, and it is these same type of individuals who mistreated so many in Seattle and in it's jails... In fact, when I heard about all of those folks being arrested, my stomach "went south", because I KNEW that their rights would be trampled, and that some would even be beaten and or tortured. Most ordinary American's are shocked that this sort of "banana republic" police behavior still goes on in this day and age in "America the Beautiful", but reality is oftentimes depressing and denied.
