house things at all; he hates them and I hate seeing him do them; he has enough stress at
work.

I understand that -- used to feel that way. But actually, I now find doing certain chores is a stress buster and VERY satisfying. And it takes no more time than calling around to find a plumber and waiting around 'till they come. And cleaning up after them.

Oh, like you can't wield a pipewrench? It only takes one hand to hold a wineglass, my dear Rambi. It's a 45 minute job. You could knock it out in, say, 4 hours. Get Ammo to help. Kids aren't just pets that talk, y'know.
