Gee, I think the MIJ-NSR is great. These societies that CLAIM to disseminate knowledge (APS and MRS-main included) could learn a thing or two.... I guess we'll have to wait for some secure client-side <g> epayment method.

I've been looking for info on nickel aluminate to see if it "holds a candle to" SiC or GaN substrates.

Speaking of SiC, here's a Russian link, Tonga notwithstanding <g>.

Hey, have we looked at MSCC previously? They have a decent price to sales but have had some trouble this year.

I'm not quite sure about (or if there is) a Russian connection but this article is about SiC:
