Anyone familiar with FECF on level II? Since PRFM made the announcement to start buying back 1.5 million shares they are accumulating at 3-15/16.

Thanks Joe. In hindsight, I think a lot of us would've preferred to get out at 9 and jump back in at yesterday's levels. It's just frustrating to have cash not working when the market and this threads picks seem to be running.
