Jim, your right. I have seen announcements like this kill momentum, but we made it through 33 in SFP and the short squeeze is on. It did drop to 29 after the announcement this week, but it picked back up. I was afraid the shorts would twist the announcement to retain control. I think there is $110 million in cash in addition to the stocks which will be increased to 40 million (double current)from what I read if I remember correctly. You and I are in this one for the long haul (you at 12 and me at 13)from over a year ago now. Maybe we'll be rewarded for our patience. :o) Bruce
