iManage (IMAN) sells content and collaboration software. Competitors are companies like Tibco (TIBX) and Agile S/W (AGIL). They're trading at about 100 times annualized last quarter revenues. 4 x Q4 rev Market cap Price/annualized rev TIBX 96 MM 7.9B 82 AGIL 28 MM 3.2B 114 IMAN 19 MM 0.74 39 iManage has some great customers - WalMart, AOL, Schwab, Airtouch, Mariott, etc. in an exploding market segment. Quiet period expires this weekend. This one could rock next week.
