Dear Lynn: Assuming no problems they will receive a "No Comment" letter from the SEC and that will be that. I have even seen cases where the SEC left and said nothing and sent nothing. Thats really irritating but wont happen here because of the high publicity. However, I am absolutely sure they will never issue a letter saying everythings OK. They just dont do that. Probably, besides being dangerous, it is not their job. Thats the job of the CPA firms, thats why they get the big bucks. haha. JDN
