Ok, I'll bite. Count me in here at 29, looks like a good middle of the road entry. I just noticed this mess thanks to Briefing.com. Looks great for a several week hold.

Dear Lynn: Well, I retired at 47 because I just got sick and tired of having to deal with these slimy attorneys nearly everyday. Once you reach Partner status in a National firm you rapidly find out how crooked this country is in the legal department. These slime balls will sue any one any time to make a dime. We got TOO MANY attorneys in this country for our own good. Years ago an attorney was considered a Ward of the Court and it was HIS responsability to not bring cases to court unless he felt he had a good chance of winning. NOW, believe it or not, these Class Action and other Litagation attorneys have the whole paperwork set up in Word Processors and all they do is change the name, date and a very few particulars and file suits at the drop of a dime. They no they wont win most of them but the settlement will be AND NEARLY ALWAYS IS they get an INFLATED hourly fee for doing absolutely NOTHING and everyone else gets the grief. I have served as witness on both sides and know the game well as well as the players. Once, if you can believe it I had TWO clients sue each other and BOTH wanted me as their expert witness and BOTH said if I refused I was FIRED. Needless to say, I got the two attorneys in a room, threatened to beat the shit out of them, and they found a way to settle. haha. JDHN

Lynn, I heard last night. Tyco said SEC invested the company.

Have you invested in Tyco? At one time, I thought about it.

Perhaps the SEC will discover that the problems are not serious.
