Francois has not stuck with ZSUN but sold out on the advice of the ZSUN 8, at least that's what he swore to in his affidavit said stockwatcher.

also stockwatcher, as you know ziasun filed a slapp suit and I am one of the defendants. This post should be a concern to all since the SEC has a copy of the original offering memorandum and according to Ziasuns own 10sb filing there is no mention of the IPO whatsoever. The reason is it could not have been a IPO since it was a already trading company under Carlisle Enterprises. Its just a matter of time until the zsun 8 tryumph over evil.
