Beyond.com decides to call itself a B2B company, stock goes up 10%.
I imagine we'll have a lot of similar "me to" announcements from companies wanting to ride the B2B wave.

Kirk, Brinker said - in a Sunday discussion urging charitable contributions - that he may be making charitable appearances next year as follows:

March 2000 - San Francisco area....

April 2000 - Los Angeles area

June 2000 - Chicago area

Again, I was not able to hear very much of him this weekend - but I did catch that segment. Thought his suggestion was both appropriate and done in good taste.

Most people who were investing in the 90's should be thankful for such amazing returns (especially if they were following some of Brinker's advice along the way). I think it is entirely appropriate that those benefiting from any such abundant gains consider sharing some of them with the less fortunate.
