OK..if the owners of FB are so anxious to sell and move on to other areas, then why don't they go ahead with the original deal? Are they worried that FB performance won't provide RTIN with the cash flow to make payments to them?

Why don't they have other interested parties who would buy FB? After all, haven't we been told that FB at $8mm is a steal?

If this "intent to close" is so strong, then I would expect to see major buying coming from all those rich associates of the Swansons. Then again, why didn't those rich associates of the step up and provide the funds thru a loan/convertible issuance?

Rich associates of the Swansons...reads as a non sequitor if you ask me.

Alot of unanswered questions. I don't expect you to answer them because the historical price action has essentially shown the answers. Unfortunately, when you're down this much, selling a dog like this rarely pays off.

I got to keep in mind they ran TNRG and most recently LGOV. A newsletter picking up RTIN is the only thing that will move it now.

My faith in the Swansons' ability to deliver as promised is completely gone.
