NN has gone from 15 to 25 since the warning.

Today, it's given back 1/2 or 2% of its current price.

And your comment is:

"Looks pretty weak today. Anyone heard anything?"

How could you possibly expect anyone to view your posts as objective?

Bob: Did you observe NT moving to the $100 level now. A take over at $100 will net NN as a Freebee.

If it is a share swap; no bubble protection clauses, expect the announcement to be made after Jan when any Buyer is close to the peak.

Put yourself in the Buyers shoes with a Seller who is demanding +50% gain.

In a bubble market as we now have ,let me know when you would buy and make the announcement.
