Greg, from your link to the Kriens interview:

<< Juniper has built a reputation of only announcing products in exactly this fashion, which is with customers, and orders and the product in the network and production ready. When we do make announcements, it will always be of this type. You will not see us participating in some of the declarations or the Web site proclamations that we see coming elsewhere in the industry. As we say here often, promises don?t move packets. So we focus exclusively on product announcements when we have products and customers like Verio that can stand up and speak exactly to what their experience has been. >>

Personally, I like this philosophy. All the product announcements and show awards and future schedules for beta testing etc. cannot replace working product in the hands of paying customers.

If and when MRVC is in a position to make announcements of this kind, then their stock price will be entitled to reflect some of the glamour, popularity, and multiples of Juniper, Redback, and their ilk.
