In contrast, etys shipped the wrong gift TWICE!! Obviously, the item I purchased has a different order number in the catalog than it does on the shelf. They sent the SAME wrong item TWICE! I just can't believe it!

It's embarrassing and a hassle to me and to the gift receiver. How can I possibly ever want to risk using etys again when gift-giving?
