I didn't mean to imply that EDIS won't get royalties, I was speaking to the fat that the article didn't mention them. I just meant that the tone of the article was that Noranda got a one sided agreement with EDIS, and by the time EDIS gets out of it the advantage will be gone. Personally, I hope that the merger with STDC goes through, because that would give EDIS an extended advantage. However, keep in mind that there are some requirements to be met before that merger actually takes place. Nevertheless, I am an optimist, still long and hoping for even bigger gains.
