If you think ASPs are going to be big, along with Linux and Fibre Channel SANs and Data Centers, then this enabling technology might be of interest:

www.Graphon.com (gojo) They just signed a deal with Ericsson, Alcatel. I read something about Metricom being interested. It allows very thin clients to remotely control software on servers. If you are running Linux it bridges over to remotely control Windows applications, such as Windows spreadsheets, etc..and Windows can remotely control Linux software, or Unix, etc....over a network.

Correction, SIO is the merger of FIO and NGIO. SIO was temporary name, until officially named INFINIBAND.
