Superdow-from what I can piece together-the Fund deal has been approved but not signed. The final paperwork is being wrapped up. Maybe it will be signed, "next week"? If so, the monies from the Fund deal will be used for mine exploration/development. The $250,000 for LDM mine shaft has been approved already so they can begin work immediately on that...

SD, no one especially a junior wants to become a mining company and we were told at the first AGM that this was the case...buttttt in big business it seems you had better have contingencies or another plan in action. IN this case looks like Plan Y is in place. I thought that Caten Vein was ready for production also...Hmmmmmm Hell with all that visible gold on Ipun they don't need to fund to buy the Nasdaq company or fund construction of a mill. Hmmmmm

As you can tell tired of the run around and lack of effective management skills. I can't even count on my fingers and toes the number of times I was told that once IP's were done Medinah would be bought out, that once drills turned Medinah would be bought out, etc. etc, etc....

Hmmmmm
