It has to hit 66 even. 66.000000000000018 doesn't count. 66 even breaks the bottom.

As an example:
Look at CSCO's chart back in the 66 range (a coincidence). It had a triple bottom at 66 and I remember the stock traded to 65 and 1/8 one day. I saw that it was holding support and told a couple of people that I should buy calls on CSCO because it was holding the support. See, CSCO didn't break that triple bottom unless it hit 65 even. It was very important to see that it didn't break because the stock just moved like crazy after that.

Well, wasn't I right on that call! But, I didn't buy the damn options!!!!

Oh, I hate myself sometimes!
