Teevee..

I think we are all "investors" in JDX at this time since most of the momentum players have left the building.

Looking real close at VEN since they are announcing a similar business strategy of investing in pre-IPO companies and are on the TSE. I know people some people are going to be comparing JDX to VEN so I want to know all the details.

VEN
Shares out 143,000,000 - FD ~170,000,000

From their news release....
"The implementation of this strategy will allow Vengold shareholders to participate in the rapid growth of the Internet sector via investments in private companies not normally available to the public.......Vengold currently holds cash and securities valued in excess of $70-million.

So what might be the problem?

Of the $70-million, ~$56 million is in a single investment of 50 million shares in Lihir, an Australian gold company and only ~$14 million is in cash. According to their latest Sedar report they presently they have $189 million in total liabilities, including long term debt. The lost $75 million last quarter, of which $14 million was cash losses. They have some big mining assets but not sure the real value.

Just in case someone wants to make a comparison <gggg>

Best Regards
KEITH
