Makamai, Re:<maybe only one of the companies uses Dr. BEAN as the logo and the others use their own tradename/trademark> I Agree. This would be an effective approach in the negotiations. I have wrapped and marketed software for a single product. We always had a nondisclosure with each other. (Noncompetes are a bad idea) They did not want the public to know I was getting the software real cheap and I did not want the public to know it was really their software mixed with mine. So if Sideware was exclusive with all partners, I wonder how much we will get to hear? Good luck tonight on your date. Kris
