On this P&F chart for SAP,

from 8//98 to 12/98, does that count as a down trendline when the o's are "evenly" interrupted by x's (on the bottoms of the columns, right?) If not, what is that pattern.

Also, not so funny, what do you make of the stall out by HLTH on the charts. TIA (and understand if you are too busy making up time from your flu).
