Well, he might be coming from a position of extensive detailed knowledge about the company since his brokerage seems to have a very large position in the stock. Of course he could be wrong too. In fact it is entirely possible that everyone is wrong except out good Mr. Tice. I'm perfectly happy to let the SEC sort it out. In the mean time, I'm very long TYC since yesterday's wonderful buying opportunity @ 25, (thank you Mr. Tice!!), so my money is where my position is. How about you, or Thomas M.? Are you short TYC? It would be a great play if you really believe the SEC will hang TYC out to dry. Talk's cheap if you aren't in the game, no? Good luck. Cheers Alohal
