DD and all -- up here by Redmond Washington, we remember when the tut-tuts said how silly it was for Microsoft to have a market cap that approached General Motors. Now the score is MSFT = $481 bil, GM = $45 bil. If my kid looks up a phone number, he clicks on infospace or hits 411 on his cell phone. The fact that I've looked it up in a phone book more quickly doesn't mean diddley. So am I going to invest in pulp mills or bandwidth? DUH.
