BTW- I agree with you about Niles. He is paid to call them as he sees them. MD and crew (since this is taking place so early) have PLENTY of opportunity to refute his analysis and/or make him look silly...the ball is in Dell's court..(unlike when these things come out during a quiet period, and the company can barely respond)

JRI. good points. It is also improbable that Dell will not come out to confirm his speak this early as well; unless sales are so far off they're into the binge basket already

A very well spoken post.I too question why indeed he is so out in front with his statements.Whatever the reasons or knowledge on his part it has certainly cast a pall on DELL buyers.When it broke 43 earlier I thought it had mo.Not anymore.
