Hi Sam, OT OT OT I hope by the time you read this note, everything has been resolved. I personally want to appoligize to you for the horrible treatment you received. If there is anything more I can do please let me know. As you know, Cynthis has been going through a bad time with the major surgery she had in Nov. and the possabilities of LUNG and BREAST cancer surgery in Feb. This is NO excuse for bad behavior on her employees part. Again, I appoligize. friends I hope. Dorine
