if you scan down to the end of this article, you;ll find a bit that says : A large customer base is a common thread in Miller?s fondness for AOL, Amazon, even Toys ?R? Us. Right now, Miller said, ?the scarcest resource for web companies is customers, and that explains why so many web sites are advertising like crazy.? wow, a lack of customers...i think the retail environment will get more confusing for consumers, investors know who the big hitters are <ng>, but i know a lot of people who don't know ebay...i wonder, will people buy from etoys or go with toys r us as they know who they are and might figure they can return stuff to a real store if need be... and all these companies advertising on the superbowl, i thought 9 out of 10 viewers were half sloshed anyway...ho ho fnews.yahoo.com
