Re:You you see AMY good news coming for Intel that could get this turned around?

Just this persnickety little idea that the financial community collective suddenly realizes that it represents more value than, say, an INUX or an INUT. Look, there's all this money that people are paid to manage. When it starts rolling out of the current hot stocks, they have to park it somewhere (and it's not at the bank). Also, do you really think that AMD can actually pick up all the slack that Intel allegedly cannot deliver on and then some? This idea is about as plausible as, say, that Linux is going to take over the OS world. Mind you, I'm not saying it can't happen, but it will take a lot of consistent screw ups from companies that have a recorded history of being consistently able to deliver.

Jim,

Re: "Any short term news"

I have been expecting a "third" coppermine launch with Rambus for Monday - with talk of availability.

They may even make some kind of a statement regarding business conditions.

And allegedly today was last day for them to pre-announce.

regards,

Kash J.
