TYCO is still accounting for trades after hours. 30 is the last settle price I see, up 1 3/4. At least this is in the right direction. There is a Lehman conference going on now on TYCO. Has anybody got information on what's going on? It will be good, IMHO.

Spoke to a broker-friend of mine who follows Tyco closely. He said:

- Tyco was aggressively buying shares yesterday...Plans to buy 10m more before end of year. Trying to get approval to buy another 30m in January..pretty good sign, doncha think?

- Also, heavy insider buying yesterday

- Tyco confirmed that they asked the SEC to do this investigation, SEC just getting around to it (scheduling issue)...

Of course, consider the source...but he has been very accurate in the past. For my record, check other boards <G>

Feeling very confident on this one...why in the world would a company that knows they did something wrong ASK the SEC to investigate? That would be beyond stupid...

Broker/friend thinks we will see a drip, drip down until Christmas.....I think we'll hold our own....we'll see
