Shoibal, I'm afraid that value is out and crazy growth stocks are in. That's all I have to say about that. RE:"Also, do you really think that AMD can actually pick up all the slack that Intel allegedly cannot deliver on and then some?" They probably can, if they don't pull another CXT debacle. OTOH, Intel will be able to deliver Coppermines, it's the platform that's the problem. RE:"This idea is about as plausible as, say, that Linux is going to take over the OS world. Microsoft could squash these Linux companies. All they have to do is bundle a free Linux version of their own but the DOJ might not like that...so I'd say Linux is here to stay and the pie is real big... Jim
