Rashid-

Take a look at Brown and Co. I trade quite often during the day and I get fills and reports as quickly as I can get to the reporting screen to check for them. I enter the order and often I see it go through on E-signal before the screen saying my order has been placed even comes back (which is quick because I have a cable modem). Another thing I like is that you can submit the orders without previewing if you want which makes it even quicker. I traded in and out of IDC 7 or 8 times today and had a quick fill each time, a couple times even selling at the ask or buying at the bid.

Commissions are 5 bucks market and 10 bucks limit and they even give you a little rebate each month if you are active.

The only time I have any problem with fill reports is for the first 15 to 30 minutes after the open depending on how busy the exchanges are but even then, once you have an order in and you know it has filled (i.e. either a market order or a stop order that has triggered), you can enter the corresponding cover order (stop loss or market exit) and the order is active in their system. Anywhere I've ever traded the fill reports have been slow at the open when it's busy and this is the only place I have been able to put in orders over the net on shares that hadn't officially executed yet.

Their site is extremely quick and as long as you leave your browser open, it doesn't log you off even if you are gone for several hours during the day.

Hope this helps.

Carl
