I wish it were true... but all you have to do is ask Pepsi (no longer observing the boycott... but they were) and Ben & Jerry's (stopped using water from "controversial places" in Israel). There were and still are plenty of companies complying (maybe indirectly such as Ben & Jerry's) with Arab demands.

Personally, I think that this type of boycott is really self destructive.
