Yeah it looked like people jumping on before the end of the week in case this is a big week.

Hard to say how bolivar will respond but so far it has been good for them.

President and CEO, Robert Ingraham
brings over 17 years of experience in the

From 1996, Mr. Ingraham successively
built and managed Phoenix Fiberlink's
Internet operations, Brooks Fiber's
national Internet operations and
Worldcom's Internet MAE operations. In
late 1994, Mr. Ingraham was founder and

Service Provider that was sold in 1996.
Prior to 1994, he was consultant to
various companies in the Silicon Valley
including IBM, Hewlett-Packard and
