Aus Art and thread -

OK this is it. Just bought an HP Photo Smart P1000 printer. Just pop your SNDK ( or sm ) in the side and off you go NO COMPUTER REQUIRED!!!!!

Prints out an index sheet of all your photos on your SanDisk. Small LCD on the HP woth total instructions step by step. Great color on the Index page so far. I'll report again when I've printed an individual photo a bit bigger.

I can easily see people sending photos to eachother over their cell phones ( QCOM of course) and storing them on their cell phones SNDK's CF and then printing them out on their HPs or indeed any convenient HP P1000.

IMHO buy some HWP!!!!and some SNDK!!!!!

Best regards,

L

In the digital age, of course, you can take a lot and delete the bad shots. But I'm talking about making great pictures, not just making good pictures. It's quite analagous to word processing. Imagine what the Declaration of Independence or Gettysburg address might have looked like if composed on a word processor. In my view, the key to great pictures is to train yourself to catch the fleeting moment. Taking a lot of shots and hoping for the best won't do this too well.
