Too bad we all can't get together and start an advisory service.

Very interesting idea, and stranger things have happened. Between this thread and the AMD one, however, consensus would be nigh onto impossible. Unless there were a $$$ incentive...

[OT - analysts] That'll do you no good. Analysts don't get paid for analysis anymore, they get paid for drumming up investment banking fees. In the old days, 'strong buy' meant buy, 'buy' meant hold and everything else meant sell. Today, 'strong buy' means 'we lead-managed the IPO', 'buy' means 'we hope to get a piece of the secondary', and everything else is sour grapes. -g- -mb
