Interesting that the KLA is using the International
Red Cross for moving weapons. It is a "War Crime" to
use a vehicle marked with the International Red Cross
to transport weapons.

Of course, Clintoon does not care. He loves those KLA
monkeys.

I think it might be easier to steal such things inside Kosovo. Notwithstanding I have myself mentioned the possibility of stealing tanks in Germany, and told the story of the Leopard II that broke the jail walls for convicted criminals in early 1990's...
