If one was going to buy some shares this is the price to do it at if you want to make any money. That of course means you must believe or have some reason to expect that the price will recover from here. With the lack of news from the company, one must assume the worst. If however some news does come, and should it be positive, and should Questar follow through, the potential is there for a strong recovery. But since UP has chosen to remain silent, one must assume the worst...
